I’m looking for a girl to make me quit my job and make me play the guitar in a rock and roll band.
Drunk man at the shoot.
It ain’t me babe.

A non - linear thinker once told me that she was not a linear thinker.
Now that’s two words for it.
I am not a linear thinker. -
For Heather
The tree that was small but far awayIt’s all about perspective.
I’m laughing very hard.
Mary, this is so great.
Your brain is so great.

Here here.
I’ve never been lonely. I’ve been in a room — I’ve felt suicidal. I’ve been depressed. I’ve felt awful — awful beyond all — but I never felt that one other person could enter that room and cure what was bothering me…or that any number of people could enter that room. In other words, loneliness…

Each other’s best distraction.
I’ll be with my first second love.
You’ll be with your second first love.
See you in mornings after.

Plays: 1[Flash 9 is required to listen to audio.]
Peach, Plum, Pear - Joanna Newasom
Panic under the Orchard stars.
Everyone watching and pretty sure listening,
You told me what you really thought.
I had a plate in my hand.
Eyes looking.
Like a wedding day we will never have again.
Short and social.
Timely.
I thought I would be you before this,
Years from now.
I’ve cried out loud about this,
To friends on walks home,
Years ago.
That will be our dance,
I think that was our dance.
Father daughter dance.

Wacko-Jacko
My existence thus far
is (what I’d like to think has been)
what
you might call,
a bit
- wacko-jacko -
A bit strange.
My dad was a kid once
My mom was a kid once too.
My dad liked art. liked making art.
Liked playing the piano,
Liked loved music.
My mom dreamed of something more.
Dreamed of something different. truer.
something about a Career/Korean
they both joined a cult
in the early
1970’s.

Work
Do you remember that tree?
The one in the middle of summer?
It spoke of what our lives should be
In whispers next to a factory
The only tree in town.
Only for 30 minutes a day.
20 by the time.
The great despiser.
The despiser who sweats at your talk of fame.
Talk of Appreciation of masses.
Dumb asses. But some appreciation is better than none.
I remember and I leave.
